The North York Moors National Park has one of the largest expanses of heather moorland in the UK.

Home to free-roaming sheep and rare birdlife. There’s an extensive network of walking routes, almost 1,400 miles in length, offering breath-taking views and a variety of landscapes.  Step out from the studio and you’re already on your way.

Although it feels secluded, Ayriel Studios is well served by local facilities.  The nearest village is just 1½ miles away, with its own railway station, shops, tea-room, deli, pubs and restaurants.  Here are some recommendations for you.
